Columbia Basin Allied Arts is hosting the “Arts” portion of the 10th Annual Sip & Stroll Art Festival founded by the Downtown Moses Lake Association. We are looking for up to 50 vendors to fill the Division Street to Ash Street block of Third Avenue in downtown Moses Lake. The street will be closed down for the Sip & Stroll Art Festival event.
